A Few Words from Charlotte as 2023 Draws to a Close

I recently returned from a trip delivering leadership programs in India, where I had the pleasure of reconnecting with some of the lovely people I’ve worked with over the past few years. There were so many benefits, but the following shone through:

1. Working face-to-face is energising and a great way to problem solve – plus it supports our online relationships.
2. Engaging in difficult conversations will always remain a challenge – yet employing a structured approach and adequate preparation is indispensable. Check-out our top 10 tips below for a helping hand!

3. Travelling – is not only good for the soul, but I was reminded that it also grounds us while nudging us beyond our comfort zones. Take advantage of every opportunity!

Massive welcome to Chantelle who joined us in October to improve our marketing. Chantelle, Sarah and I have worked together over the last few years as she is the Exec Officer for Manly Business Chamber. We are delighted that she has joined us part time to run marketing focusing on our programs and our purpose to mentor business leaders.

PS: We close on the 22nd of December, and reopen on the 10th of January. Sarah is back on the 15th and the rest of the team return around the 19th of January.
