I think it’s exciting. I ran a leadership conference in India at the end of 2023, and their primary learning focus was AI. 300 highly skilled tech people in one place discussing the benefits and costs of AI – fascinating.
Energy in my work, energising others and being energetic…it feels right for this year for one key reason. Recently we’ve seen leaders step up time and time again to manage, lead, re-direct, shift and challenge to reach strategic goals set way before Covid stepped into the ring.
I recently returned from a trip delivering leadership programs in India, where I had the pleasure of reconnecting with some of the lovely people I’ve worked with over the past few years. There were so many benefits, but the following shone through:

In a workshop last week, I learned that some countries take one day off over Christmas, whereas others consider this their annual break.
