Hi all,
We are in unchartered waters, unprecedented events, and there will be challenging times ahead. (Never thought I’d be able to use so many cliché’s in one sentence!!). As a small business owner, I have already seen some movement in the Aide de MD world.
However, we continue to support and mentor our clients using remote management which we’ve been operating for years. Executive coaching, mentoring and strategic business consulting are all part of our day to day distance conferencing which we use when travelling. Currently, we’re reviewing our advice due to the necessity for short-term planning and risk mitigation instead of 2 – 5 year forecasting.
I enjoy the face to face and miss the contact, but am agile enough to adapt to market needs. This is one of the changes we’ve needed to make.
So, what will impact you?
We will continue to attend meetings of less than 5 people where possible.
We will continue to honour commitments to our clients.
We will not be in Brisbane in March, we have postponed to October at this stage.
We will postpone and move meetings to more suitable times and locations/medium where possible.
We will continue to consider our health and those we come in contact with as a priority.
But also, there’s more
I will have some time to spare as I’m not travelling or commuting, so I would like to offer support to those who need it. If you, or anyone you know, could benefit from a 30 – 45 minute phone call with a business strategist, let me know. I’m keen to care for those in need, there will be no charge for this service, and we will allocate time daily for this support clinic. Please email enquiries@aidedemd.com to schedule a time.
I’m always looking for ways to be positive and resourceful, this extra time is going to be invested in improving what we do and how we do it. Expect a survey soon, and I look forward to working through the next few months together.
Looking forward to speaking, strategising and collaborating with you.
