Charlotte’s facilitation is structured, responsive and grounded in real business experience. She reads the room, adapts in the moment, and keeps groups focused on purpose, decisions, and next steps, whether working with a small leadership team or a large audience.

This is not facilitation for discussion’s sake. It is designed to move people forward, align thinking, and translate insight into action.

Charlotte uses her own slides, infographics and leadership frameworks developed over more than 20 years and shares them openly. Her style is practical, clear, and grounded. Sessions include structured discussion, small-group breakouts and coaching moments to keep the room engaged and thinking.

Before each engagement, Charlotte meets with the CEO, MD, or Head of People to confirm purpose and outcomes. After the session, she runs a review to gather feedback, clarify next steps and identify opportunities to refine the work. Many organisations invite her back annually to facilitate board and business offsites — work that brings strategy, leadership, and accountability together.

Each program is designed specifically for the business, informed by insight gained during the first briefing and Charlotte’s recommendations.

Charlotte facilitates across small leadership teams, executive groups, boards, and audiences of up to 100 people. She helps groups understand the meaning and purpose of strategy — from the first conversation through to implementation and execution.

Her experience includes three-day ELT workshops in Berlin, large team sessions in India, two-day board reviews across Australia, and global online programs. Wherever possible, Charlotte works face-to-face — the energy in the room matters, and she brings it.
