A hands-on, results-focused experience designed to help new and experienced managers lead with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
Our three-month program combines group workshops, one-on-one coaching and a supportive network to encourage ongoing development.

What is the Management Immersion Program?
Aide de MD’s Management Immersion Program (MIP) is an intensive training program specifically designed for managers who are ready to develop their skills. Each program is designed to meet participants’ specific needs and is supported by an experienced facilitator, hand-selected to best support the desired management outcomes.

This immersive training program offers a practical, hands-on approach to mastering the art of management. Program Format
Duration: 3 months
Sessions: 6 x 2-hour sessions (fortnightly) + 2 x 1-hour individual coaching sessions
Delivery: Face-to-face or online
Participants: Minimum 5 for face-to-face, maximum 5 for online sessions
Facilitated by: Aide de MD Coach / Facilitator
