What is the Management Immersion Program?
Aide de MD’s Management Immersion Program (MIP) is an intensive training program specifically designed for managers who are ready to develop their skills. Each program is designed to meet participants’ specific needs and is supported by an experienced facilitator, hand-selected to best support the desired management outcomes.
In today’s competitive business world, strong management skills are more critical than ever. The Management Immersion Program empowers you to take charge, make informed decisions, and drive positive change within your organisation.
This immersive training program offers a practical, hands-on approach to mastering the art of managment. Through engaging discussions, real-world scenarios, and expert guidance, you’ll gain valuable insights into communication, accountability, and team dynamics, allowing you to successfully implement learnings in real-world practice.

Program Format
Duration: 3 months
Sessions: 6 x 2-hour sessions (fortnightly) + 2 x 1-hour individual coaching sessions
Delivery: Face-to-face or online
Participants: Minimum 5 for face-to-face, maximum 5 for online sessions
Facilitated by: Aide de MD Coach / Facilitator
