What is the Leadership Immersion Program?

The Leadership Immersion Program (LIP) is an exclusive program for managers who have successfully completed the MIP or have equivalent management experience.

It builds upon the foundational skills developed in the MIP, focusing on advanced leadership competencies such as:

Duration: 3 months

Sessions: 6 x 2-hour sessions (fortnightly) + 2 x 1-hour individual coaching sessions
