The FLIP provides a unique opportunity to develop the essential skills and mindset needed to excel as a new or emerging leader. Through interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and personalised coaching, you’ll gain the confidence and competence to manage and lead with impact.

What is the Future Leaders Immersion Program?

The Future Leaders Immersion Program (FLIP) is specifically tailored for individuals who are new to management, looking to solidify their management foundation and keen to start building their career towards a leadership role.

This program focuses on developing key competencies such as:

 

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    Master effective communication strategies, including active listening, giving and receiving feedback, and building rapport.
  • Motivation and Team Building:
    Learn how to motivate and inspire your team, foster collaboration, and create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Accountability and Performance Management:
    Implement effective accountability frameworks and develop skills to provide constructive feedback and manage performance.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
    Enhance your critical thinking skills and learn how to make informed decisions in challenging situations.
  • Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness:
    Develop emotional intelligence to navigate interpersonal dynamics, build strong relationships, and lead with empathy.
Program Format

Duration: 3 months

Sessions: 6 x 2-hour sessions (fortnightly) + 2 x 1-hour individual coaching sessions

Delivery: Face-to-face or online

Participants: Minimum 5 for face-to-face, maximum 5 for online sessions

Facilitated by: Aide de MD Coach / Facilitator
