Alison Billaud Joins the Team as Coach/Facilitator
Introducing Alison Billaud – Coach/Facilitator
“I am currently going through a management programme with Alison Billaud – incredibly effective and highly-recommended!”
Alison joined Aide de MD earlier this year as a coach/facilitator to help our clients develop management skills for their mid-level managers. I met Alison at a Manly Business Chamber event years ago and was immediately engaged. She lives on the northern beaches with her family and is lively, enthusiastic and confident. She has a keen desire to see people develop and learn. What resonated so strongly with me was her commitment to ensure that her mentees are developing and growing their skillset, not just ticking a box and attending a course.
Congratulations to Alison on her unsolicited testimonial for our combined on-line/facilitated management program!!
MANAGEMENT IMMERSION PROGRAM (MIP)
Our Management Immersion Program has been created for mid-level managers of your organisation. The content is an accumulation of knowledge, skills and experience for a team of three to five. The value of this program to our clients is through the combination of coaching, informed learning, real-life scenarios and role playing.
ONLINE PROGRAMS DEVELOPMENT
Kristy and I are excited to be developing content for our new online programs for our clients and alumnae. Watch this space to see further announcements
CONTENT FOR REMOTE WORKING
We are including more content in our workshops about managing relationships remotely, inducting team members you haven’t met and how to keep the “humanity” present in our work. Our work is increasing due to this sensitivity and clients are seeing the benefit of supporting their staff through professional development while they’re in isolation – lucky that we have the technical tools to deliver and communicate globally today.
Of course, work is important and so is getting to know each other. Alison, Sarah and I had lunch on Friday to spend time together and have some fun. Unfortunately, one of our new team members is in Melbourne and couldn’t join us at the last minute. I am constantly reminded how lucky we are in Sydney (atm) and think about all those in Melbourne, India and throughout the world living through emotional hardship and stress.
